MySpace bully 'living a life conviction'

A US judge has acquitted a Missouri woman accused of "cyber-bullying" a 13-year-old girl who later killed herself.

Lori Drew posed as a boy called Josh on MySpace to befriend Megan Meier. When ''Josh'' ended their virtual relationship, Megan committed suicide.

The judge said if Lori Drew had been convicted for breaking the social networking site's terms of service, "you could prosecute pretty much anyone who violated terms of service".

Megan's mother, Tina Meier, said it was enough that Lori Drew had to live with what she had done.
