US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has spoken out after Dick Cheney called for the publication of CIA memos that he says show that value of controversial CIA interrogation techniques.
Former Vice-President Dick Cheney's demand came after President Obama released memos detailing a range of methods the CIA could use on terrorism suspects under the Bush administration.
