Obama: 'Not words but deeds'

US President Barack Obama has spoken after a summit of Latin American leaders and said "the test for all of us is not simply words but also deeds".

Mr Obama also said he had seen positive signs from both Cuba and Venezuela during his four-day trip to Central America.
