N Korea launch plans 'unhelpful'

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said North Korea's plans to launch a long-range missile would be "very unhelpful".

Speaking in Japan, she repeated an offer of aid and renewed ties if there was a "complete and verifiable denuclearisation" of the rogue state.
