Miles of traffic in DC

Crowds have started streaming into Washington ahead of the swearing in of President-elect Barack Obama.

Aerial footage shows people queuing at 0600 EST on the main roads of Washington DC, attempting to park in a multi-storey car park.

Organisers are expecting up to two million people to arrive for the inauguration.
