Hundreds of protesters marched through Washington DC - in front of the World Bank HQ - as G20 leaders met to talk about global financial problems.

Demonstrators voiced dissatisfaction with the US government and international financial institutions.

Several protesters on stilts held signs that said "war" and "profit" while others wore signs against capitalism and free trade.

At the same time, world leaders met to draw up an action plan to combat the financial crisis.
