Presidential candidate Barack Obama's jokes about Bill and Hillary Clinton were greeted with amusement at a white-tie charity dinner.
Both Obama and McCain swapped their usual campaign jibes for self-deprecating jokes and tongue-in-cheek banter at the fundraising event in New York.
