Footage of Ingrid Betancourt and other hostages being rescued onto a helicopter has been shown by the Colombian military.
At the beginning of the footage, the hostages' hands are bound with plastic for what they believe is a flight to another rebel camp.
The final images show the hostages' reaction as they realize that they are free.
