Police in Peru have arrested a man and confiscated more than 180 kilograms of cocaine at the airport of the capital, Lima.
The drugs were found in a storage room of the Chilean airline, LAN Chile.
An airline official alerted the police when he noticed irregularities during the loading of cargo for a flight to Canada.
Police officers found the cocaine in about a dozen metal tubes which they say had been addressed to a non-existent company in Toronto.
The detained man, who police say is Peruvian, is being questioned about possible accomplices.
