i mean if you aint got balls, you have to use guns to take care of ur business. there are too many cowards out there, who are scared of fighting or even handle a conflict without violence. i think if you give those sissys the opportunity to become respected by using a gun it is very dangerous. also i think the whole system, where 20 year old people are unemployed and aint got enough food to eat or clothes to wear, is guilty in many important ways.

Gun Violence has given Rap a really bad repuation, it has lost some of the greatest MC'S that have ever lived, Biggie, Pac and now Proof, other rappers are being imprisoned for carrying guns, when we should be hearing about them making music. Make Hip Hop the greastest music scene in the world for its music repuation not for gun violence. Make carrying guns illegal in America and if loosing more and more great MC'S doesn't what will make people stop carrying guns?

Britain is one of the biggest exporters of guns. Believe it or not but the best way to destabilise a society is to make guns widely available. The problem is not black men killing each other, the problem is the greed and corruption of Britain, US and France. Yes, definately severe penalties need to be put into place to stop ppl carryin or usin guns. Me, myself am supporting anti gun crime by using clothes as a tool to make a political statement by tagging clothes with not another drop - gun campaign. im currently producing a menswear collection as an aid to support the end of gun culture in the UK.

you can't just punish people for carrying guns. we need to teach them and open their minds. we need to help them. find a way of taking them off the streets where this is all happening. educate them so they get a job... occupy themselves in other ways and take them out of violence.

its not about rap and guns its about policies that govern the use of guns in our streets.

People die of kitchen knives and other contrabands here in Britain and there is no Hip Hop involved. American gun culture is minimal here in the UK as there are more pertinent issues than US gun culture that fuel violence and hatered. Some of the Commissioned reseach by the Home Office show that poor urban areas dwelt by the ethnic minorities are more likely to produce victims of gun crimes. Pointing out on Manchester and Birmingham to be specific. Therefore there is a need to draw policies that will emphasise on the need to stop the use of guns and educate children and societies over the dangers of such weapons and any other that may be leathal.

Oherwise we may need to shut down Hollywood because it produces more films that are violent, more than Hip Hop as a culture can produce!

No1 can blame rap for the increase in gun violence. Its still gonn happen anyway unfortunately.

There definately needs to be harsher penalties for carrying guns or any weapon for that matter.Maybe then people would think twice about using one.

We need to teach children at school about the dangers of guns and what can happen to them if they carry one around.

I think we need advertisments on tv.. shockin ones like they have for drink driving n not wearing seatbelts.. maybe that would change some1s mind and even may prevent one more person from getting killed.
