Been talking to a lot of girls recently and talent seems to be the new "gold card" when it comes to guys. Back in the day a guy just needed to have money, or pretend that he had some to get girls, (eg rent a car, borrow your older brothers chain and his animal covered Moshino shirt). Now it seems it's all about talent and girls are drawn in by that. Play a guitar, be really good at a sport, be an entrepeneur and that's all the game you need. I sweeeeeaaarr!

So today on my show I played some big UK tunes (Like every Saturday), but I also talked about how yoou would approach a guy or girl you liked and got interactive on it via the texts and emails. It seems like girls these days are bolder and have a lot more game. I never come across those ones though????

Cake. Why doesn't any shop sell plain cakes anymore??? Banana, Carrot, nut, coffee. WHERE HAVE ALL THE PLAIN CAKES GONE??? Just a normal everyday sponge. I don't have the skill or time to make one, but I often desire the buttery soft taste of a normal sponge, maybe a tad of vanilla but, a normal sponge!! Fruit cake?? Why does it exist? Not only is it discusting, but the name is misleading. It makes no contribution at all to my 5 a day fruit and veg content!!

3. Take away shouldn’t be eating three times a day. Probably made me ill especially Millenium (Birf Flu) fried chicken. 79p for chicken & chips can’t be good.

5. A grime ringtone isn’t the best ringtone when you have a headache
6. You’ve never got enough DVD’s

I was djing at the launch for Akala & Ms Dynamite's mixtape on Monday in London, Heavy night. I was there with my bro. We competed against the Illastate lot as to which family had the most talent. So the showdown begun. I touched my nose with my tongue, and then my brother told a few jokes and drew for a spelling contest award from school, they drew for a MOBO............. each......... game over...........................

Just finished the show. Duuuh, I'm just listening to the Jamelia album. I shoulda spun the Sway tune 2day, but I missed it. Don't watch, Ras Kwames 5-7pm Sunday. He's got you on that. 

Hangtight Fundamental 03. Passed through the show today. Man, some slick dude. I bet they even make mistakes and fall over in a dance routine rhythm. They're up for best newcomer's at the MOBO's, so just enough time for me to put my name in their award speech if they win. I'm working on it " We wanna thank God....... Twin B, our parents...fans blah blah" we went over it a few times before they left! Hangtight my boy Soundbwoy also up alongside, the ultra silky smooove Corrinne Bailey Rae and Lady Soveriegn.




Also vote for Semtex for best Dj. He will be wearing the award as a piece on a chain around his neck if he wins, so for that alone vote!

..but while we're bitching about each other...Dev should be locked up!! Put it this way, two hours of my Saturday night were spent looking for where the doughnut parked his car, and his boot contained my whole life (laptop/ my little sister / MP3 player / Linda the blow up doll..........) so I was screeeeeeewing. We phoned the police, parking agencies and everything! And I then had to spend my last bit of my cash on a cab to drive us round to find it before our legs wasted away! (Which is difficult cos we've both blatantly got chicken legs..)
While I'm here - Something I've been talking about with my peeps this week is - can woman and men be just friends? Think about it, and lock into the show tomorrow @ 5pm.

As I write I'm listening to Jamelia's album to see if there's anything I can play that Cliff Richard fans wont like, and I will. Basically something I would play, with err.................life, or maybe even a groove because the first single, boy!! The album's out soon so support it if that's you. Big up Harmony on the Something About You remix, I'm in that.

The hands that are typing will stroke Beyonce if she's there at the MOBO's on Wednesday so watch this space! Then again they might be ripped of if her security catch me.
