Today's show is all about change!.. 

My new fringe made it's debut today. I felt like a slight change and Trev didn't stop with his Japanese/Oriental jokes!! I'm getting used to it... Hope you all like it too!

But the BIG change was my BIG announcement!.. 

My husband Cory Gibbs has been signed to the MLS American Soccer league. He is now playing for the Colorado Rapids and has been there for the past 3 weeks. I will be moving to Denver, Colorado this Sunday to live and work there and Friday 29th August will be my last show!!!!!!


Just typing this is getting me all teary! 

Doing the Breakfast show on 1Xtra has been the most amazing thing.... I am going to miss it all SO MUCH!!!!

I love that nearly every discussion we get in off air always ends up as a big debate on air and you all join in!
So 'The Big Boss' aka 'Ray-mundo' aka 'Don't get it twisted, if you do a bad show I WILL switch on your ***'.. passed through the studio today. He was a little miffed because his boiler decided to stop working this morning interrupting his 20 MINUTE SHOWER!!!!!

20 MINUTES!! what do you need to do in a shower for 20 entire minutes!!??

'Big Boss', reckons it's the time of the day where he can really have time to think to himself, and finds it to be very meditating... Well me and Trev have finally got something in common after all this time!! - We both shower for 5min max!...Get in, gets to scrubbing, make sure everything's clean and fresh to deezy ...and out!

Everyone had their different times and by the look of the texts today it's official, you 08 guys love to pamper!!... 20 mins seems the average time for males.... 10-15 for females... So erm, where does that leave me and Trev???

You all seem to know nearly EVERYTHING about me!! ... today we talked about the most unusual place you've 'got it on', 'got freaky deaky', 'had a lil' bit of hanky panky'.... you know what I mean! ....So me being the utterly OPEN person that I am, I let you know that I am officially a member of the mile high club! In other words me and the hubby 'got it on' on a plane!!


Coming soon on the Breakfast show is the big Lil' Wayne interview Trevor recently done in Amsterdam! Unfortunately I had to hold the fort whilst Trev did the honours (SCREWING!!)

So far the week has gone great!.. Once Asher D got used to getting up early he's been killing it on air!

He seems to have taken over from Trevor a bit for trying to 'shut me down' all the time, but other than that he's been a pleasure to work with. We've had a text overload from Asher D fans talking about how much they LOVE his deep husky voice, so I set him a challenge to create a 1Xtra Breakfast show advertisement.

He needed to sound as sexy as possible…… and you know he smashed it!!!

Ok, so I'm REALLY shook/scared/frightened/absolutely petrified about this 'battle' I've got myself into tomorrow over Lil' Wayne's 'A Milli' track… Why do I ALWAYS open my big mouth, cos trust me I'm regretting it now!!!

One thing I am looking forward to is my acting scene I'm going to do on air with Asher D. I want get into acting and Asher has promised he will help me… Do I have the skills… We'll see!!!???

First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to all you listeners, who have tuned in, listened & tolerated me filling in for Trevor Nelson this week!

I’d also like to thank the guys at 1Xtra for inviting me on the show, I’ve really enjoyed myself… it’s been challenging but I’ve so far survived… and who knows, they might just keep me on as their Big Brother expert analyst!!

I’ve got to give a big shout out to Zena, who has been great in showing me the ropes and making me feel a part of the show…

…and so to Friday, which isn’t just my last day here but also you will be able to listen to the much anticipated ‘Breakfast Battle’ between Zena & myself … yes you heard right… BATTLE!!

We are all set to go at it over Lil Wayne’s ‘A Milli’, although I think we all know what the outcome of that will be ;-)

While Trev's away, Asher D aka Ashley Walters is filling his size 8's!

But make no mistake, just because Ashley is new to this I wont be going easy on him at all! He will be getting the same hard love Trev gets from me on a regular basis!

Oh, and often I find myself feeling a little old and out of touch and today was a perfect example. Ashley was looking in the Papers and said "look at dat girls backoff!" Now up until this day I had NEVER heard that phrase!??... Dayum! Am I getting old!!???

We were joined in the studio today by Katie Price aka Jordan... I had my perception of how she would be - (Difficult!!) - but she was LOVELY! Soooo down to earth. She turned up with NO make-up on (something I can't even manage in the morning!) and comfy mumfy clothes with Uggs on. I stupidly came in with 4inch heels not wanting to be outdone in the heel stakes!

By Day 2 : I could not believe what i was seeing and hearing, this mad man was for real! I could see exactly what type of boy he was in school... he was the instigator that used to hype everything up, stir and cause whole-eap-a madness but somehow never get caught in the eye of the storm he'd created!

On Day 3 : Dame Dash came in and with all respect... we didn't really get a word in edge ways... but i was cool, im all about trying to make the world a happier place... if allowing someone to vent, let off steam or yap there gums off makes someone happy, its all good! so after a lot of Jay Z, Kanye, Rocca Fella, Bling and Sizzla talk, that was pretty much that!

Day 4 : I thought today was gonna be my day, ive put up with verbal abuse from old Malteser head Nelson for 3 days, my brothers coming in and a comedian is coming to help me with some tips for tomorrow... Im there thinking that its gonna be on!!!
BUT Trev tones his abuse down a bit once kings(AKALA) arrives, gives him a questionnaire on how well he knows me which my brother flops big time and gets me so vex that they end up on a boys team and although the comedian Patrick Monahan seams great and try's to help me... i feel more lost and unenthusiastic about my challenge than ever!!!

We also had battle of the biscuits today, in which Nelson declared Bourbon lovers like myself 'militant'... i didn't even dare ask the crazy custard cream lover's psychology behind that!
We also had a chat about the fact that i can not stand when i see people let there dog lick there face. I hope i didn't offend anyone and want to clear this up... i am an animal lover, i just love animals FROM A DISTANCE where i cant smell there stink breath or have there soggy saliva, flea infested bum fluff bodies or there testicle cleaning tongues anywhere near my skin, ITS NASTY... an mi na tek bak chat!!! (smile im rampin').

Anyway im really looking forward to tomorrow, amongst all the abuse and tough love T.N's been giving me i have had fun!
So tomorrow (or today depending on when you read this) is my last day, am really gonna miss it and wanna say a huge thanks to the 1x team for supporting me and giving me the opportunity to explore my possible future as a radio presenter... And the biggest thanks to all of you who tuned in and listened, sent e-mails and texts and gave your support and even those that thought i was crap and cant wait for zena to get back... ... If I'm totally honest, i was excited but half dreading coming on to present the show. Partly cos im just a bit of a drama queen; panicking and getting nervous about every single thing i do (even after a few years of performing in front of thousands) is just my way... and partly cos the only presenting ive done was for the TV show 'Flava' back in the day when i first started; Ive always thought i was TERRIBLE on that... there's more presence and charisma in a plastic wheely bin!!! but hey im always up for a challenge. Anyway, i came in on Friday got the first 'ice breaking' part over with and that helped ease me into it, the one 1xtra team are really cool and made me feel like part of the fam instantly!

Then day one began!!! And although i was really looking forward to a week of rising at 5-am, Trevor... (Actually let me re-phrase that) Mr Queen Catty Nelson had it in for me from that first second!
I wrote a little personal blog, just to help him get to know me a little better and he read it out and exposed ALL my business live on air in the first half hour of the show while i had gone to pee pee... Sorry i know, a bit too much info, i coulda just said while i was out the room but hey that's what a week with Trev will do to a girl!
He compiled questions about Crawley (where i was born and lived for the first two yrs of my life) and as a result of not getting the questions right he made it my punishment to do 1-minute of stand up on Friday WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOO DOOING MYSELF ABOUT EVER SINCE, i mean come off it, this is Ms doom and gloom Dynamite, do i really seem like the joking, court jester, class clown type?

It was my last day on the show today for 2 weeks!.. I'm off to get married and Trevor threw me a surprise Hen Party! We transformed the studio into a Pink Palace with balloons, Pink L-Plate badge, Pink horns and a veil! The music was real girly and I had to do 3 last things while I was still a 'un-marrried' lady!

Ice T recently had an internet rant about Soulja Boy killing Hip Hop with songs like 'Soulja Boy Tell em'
... Soulja Boy answered back in defense of his music, and also accused Ice T of using his name to hype Ice's failing career at the moment.

Kanye West has now joined in with the debate, and has posted his views on his blog defending Soulja Boy... This is what Kanye had to say;

"Soulja boy is fresh as hell and is actually the true meaning of what hip hop is sposed to be. He came from the hood, made his own beats, made up a new saying, new sound and a new dance with one song. He had all of America rapping this summer. If that ain’t Hip Hop then what is? My soon-to-be father in Law has arranged our wedding singer for us. He is super excited about it and told me this guy is amazing!! Only problem was I had never heard of him!!?.. His name is Pluto Shervington...

...and I'm told he was a Legend in his day. Trevor kindly played 2 of his tracks 'Your Honour' and 'Dat' on the show today! You all texted/emailed in saying that it had bought back some great memories for you all ... I'm sure all my Aunts, Uncles, my Grandma and Grandpa are gonna love it!!!!

Mid-week I was feeling extemely tired and in need of some relaxation! I was recently watching Kimora Lee-Simmons' reality T.V. show, 'Life in the Fab Lane', and she was recieving something called Inversion Therapy to help her unwind. It looked a little uncomfortable, but the way her mood totally changed afterwards made me curious to see if this really worked and could help me?.. As part of my BITE series, I decided to give it a go!.... OMG!!!!! IT'S AMAZING!!!!... If you feel like releasing some unwanted negative energy and cleansing your inner-self ..TRY THIS!








Other than meeting some fabulous guests on the Breakfast show, the other perks of the job are the freebies!!! Myself and Trev were presented these wicked t-shirts from Myspace.com Ugly Kidz.... I LOVE MINE!!

I'm a little tired today... I had another one of my mid-week nights out, but it was all for work purposes (OBVIOUSLY!!)

I attended the premiere of U.K. movie AdultHood. The film is the follow up to critically acclaimed KidultHood, and was directed by and stars Noel Clarke. For me it was as good, if not better than KidultHood and I would definitely recommend it as a must see. As it was a gorgeous day in London yesterday, I got dressed up and made a little effort.. as you do! Check out Bashy

In the studio today we were joined by NFL American Football star Reggie Bush. You may remember him from the Like a Boy Ciara video and he is also beautiful Kim Kardashian's  boyfriend. 

He dropped a bombshell about his relationship! Trevor even made him repeat it!

Trevor went to Craig Davids gig at Shepherds Bush Empire while I went to see AdultHood. Craig joined us on the show last week and personally invited us to come and see him perform.. Trev said he was great, but honestly that doesn't surprise me - he has got the live performance thing on lock... he was HOT at 1Xtra Live! 

What a weekend!

My parents and sisters came down from Birmingham to stay for the weekend, so we had a full house!
I cooked a meal fit for a King (My Dad!) on Friday night! I made everything so special, bought his favourite wine and beer and made sure Euro 2008 was playing on the T.V. in the background!

On Saturday me, my sisters and my friends hit the shops! They finally got their bridesmaid dresses back (if you don't know already - I'm getting married!).

Later in the evening I went to Lisa Maffia's surprise Birthday party at London club Paper. She had no idea and was totally surprised! (Well done party organiser Su-Elise!)

On Sunday I made sure I texted my Dad as they had to leave on Saturday night back to go back to Brum... I've got an amazing Father and it was great to see him!

Friday night is usually movie night so as I missed out on the cinema because I was slaving over the stove for Daddy I thought I'd catch the new Incredible Hulk film in London's Leicester Square (the ticket prices are teef!!)

After, me and my fiancee had these pictures drawn of us in the square.... It was sooooooo funny!!!

For Euro 2008 every DJ at 1Xtra has been allocated a team.
Not sure on the selection process, but when I got back from Miami I was TOLD my team would be RUSSIA!!Now, this team would not have been my top pick, but being the good sport that I am I decided to be a dedicated fan and put my full support behind my team. I went as far as to look up information on the team and star players and even scored 8 out of 10 in a surprise random quiz Trevor sprung on me on air! (Not bad, quite impressive I thought!)

Our 1st game was last night against Spain ( Seani B's team) I know Spain to be a very good team but I still had faith in Russia to go in guns blazing! So what was the outcome? 4-1 to SPAIN!!! Then to add salt to THE wound Seani B spoke to us over the telephone on the show today revelling in Spains victory!! I HATE LOSING!!!!

Another talking point today on the show was 'Sneaky Couples!'.. You know who you are!
The list is endles .. Nelly and Ashanti, Common and Serena Williams, P.Diddy, Cassie and any other pretty young thing!

The most annoying for not just admitting they are together are Chris Brown and Rhinna, Listen to Chris denying they are an item ...YET AGAIN!

Fresh off my trip from Sunny Miami I'm feeling good about being back!

Charlie and Mel B kept Trevor company and he's still smiling from the overdose of eye candy in the studio!

No matter how many times I take the trip to Miami, I never get bored of visiting. It was a different kind of trip this time though, and I got to see more of the city - other than the beaches and clubs on South Beach!!! I spent a considerable amount of time in the car travelling around - Thank goodness for vehicle air conditioning!!


However, don't get it twisted ...... I had to get some sort of sunbathing in and regularly topped up my tan in the morning on the roof before leaving out!


Miami and NO tan is unheard of!! Well for me anyway!

Today feels like a Monday, because of the Bank Holiday yesterday!.. a plus side to that is that there's only 4 days till the weekend!

We talked about the Glamour Girl special of the Weakest Link which featured Danielle Lloyd (top Glamour girl, Lucy Pinder (Page 3 Girl) and Charlie Uchea (former Big Bro housemate). They were hilarious... not a clue!!!

If you didn't know alreadyTrevor is a dedicated Chelsea fan and is feeling very anxious about tonights game... I'm not the biggest football fan but have to admit after seeing and hearing the many 'do you know what tonights game really means in football' rants and performances, I've now planned an evening around watching tonights final!

Not a supporter of either team (My team is Aston Villa!!) but if I had to have a favourite it would be Manchester United!

Is there such a feeling as the 'Monday Feeling'? .. that euphoric feeling felt on Friday seems to be recreating itself on a Monday for me! I must REALLY love my job and look forward to Trev's smiling face!

Another reason I'm beaming today is my little sister Oneke came back from Florida yesterday after being over there for 10months studying at Gainsville University. I adore my younger sisters Oneke (21) and Olivia (24), they always tell me how it is and have grown up to be lovely, bright and beautiful young ladies! It seems like only yesterday when they were little bratz running around and getting on my last nerve! I would always let them get their own way though, I mean just look at how cute they were!


Kanye West Glow in the Dark Tour is doing BIG things in the States. The reviews are amazing and with support acts like N.E.R.D., Rhianna and Lupe Fiasco, it really must be the Tour of the year! Check out P.Diddy's reaction after seeing the show.

In a playoff game against the Boston Celtics, the Celtics captian Paul Pierce fouled Lebron really bad dragging him right off court!

Lebron's Mother tried to come to her son's defence (as you do!) but Lebron didn't seem too happy. If you ask me he needs to learn a little respect. That's your Mother!!... Check him out cussing out his Mom

If that was me I'd get a clip round the earhole!! Trust me Lebron I know how embarrassing parents can be, I've been there first hand, but you always gotta remember yourself!!!

Sex and the City premiered in London's West End last night... I didn't go (not sure how that happened?!!) but I was definitely on shoes, dresses and handbag watch in all the papers today!

Those 4 ladies were style icons, especially Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker).. Can't wait to see the movie! I think I feel a good old girly night coming on!

OH! I definitely have that Friday Feeling!...
I was in last week for Jenna G, and did DIVA's Day on Bank Holiday with Su-Elise so I've been looking forward to the weekend and Radio 1's BIG Weekender!
I'll be down there on Sunday basking in the sun ( I may even get the bikini top out!) watching Nelly, just one of the performers.


Me and Trev will be catching up with Nelly next week, so as part of Friday Dares trev will have to ask Nelly all the 'gossip' questions about his relationship with Ashanti! As we all know Trev prides himself on his 'in depth' interviews with some of the worlds biggest entertainers, so this is going to be pretty hard for him! HAHAHA!! Or will it?...? because you all don't hear the goss that comes out of his mouth off air!!

It's DIVA's Day today!! Soooooooo, no boys allowed... NO TREVOR!!!! I was joined in the studio by Su-Elise (Mis-Teeq) and I gave her my top 10 DIVA tips!! I LIVE by these - Trust me they work!



Top 10 Diva Tips

1. To any party always be sure to arrive at least one hour after it's started to ensure everyone sees your arrival and the outfit you've just purchased.

2. To brighten up any lastminute.com face you only need a touch of lipgloss, slap on mascara and blush for the cheeks.

3. Be sure to stay aware when getting out of a vehicle in a short skirt. Twist your bottom and step out both legs first.

4. Manicured hands and pedicured feet are a must. So even on off-days you feel somewhat glamorous.

5. Have a wide selection ofhats... Baseball caps, berets, cute woollen hats. No one will ever know when you're having a really bad hair day.

6. All heels must not be below 4 inches.

7. Whatever the weather, overcoats when going out are a no no. You must brave all conditions so people can get a look at your outfit.

My Little cousin Dev (He's not really my cousin, but we like to think we're fam!) is leaving me today!
It was a great week and a half... me and my L.C. always work well together!

Friday Dares was a particularly funny one today. Dev's dare was to get his hair done by me in the style of when I used to do my younger sisters hair back in the day!



Broke 2 picks from his comb (I'm not kidding!) but got the ole' afro combed out and ready for the make-over! I think it's looks rather cute! ; )

Well Zena is still recovering from her cold so I held the fort for another day, with lots of help from you guys the listeners.Your texts and emails have given me so many jokes but also food for thought. We were on the topic of why us Brits moan so much and after several grumpy texts we came out with a very positive outlook on life from Chloe in Brighton (Arsenal fans take note).

We also discussed whether or not we are a tipping community because I get recognised a lot and feel pressured to tip for fear of being called stingy. Our conclusion was half of you don't and the other half do if the service is good, where was Zena when I needed her on that subject??

Finally got a chance to see the Usher 'Love In The Club'video. Its very cool with some slick dance moves not on the Chris Brown energy level but more stylish. Why dont you take a look for yourself.

You always think it can never happen to you! Well..... I got GOT!! I was officially April Fooled on today's show!

Trevor (and the WICKED 1Xtra Breakfast crew) cooked up this elaborate April fool joke for me without my knowledge!

It all started with a random text at 4:30am from Trevor saying "Where were you?"... I automatically thought he has sent it to the wrong person but I was concerned as to why he was up textin so late and we had a show to do in just over 2hours!!..
Anyway, I get in and Trevor is late and our producer can't get hold of him. He texts me 30mins later saying he has just woken up in some house in Wimbledon London!.. He then gets in 45mins late in a full suit supposedly from the night before, pretending to be hung over and telling me and everyone else about the 'Best Party he has been to in his entire life!'.. A list stars, goodie bags, members of the Royal Family AND Chris Brown and Rhianna (gettin fruity in there!) I'm TOTALLY falling for it hook, line and sinker. He even goes as far as giving some DUTTY details off air of the nights goings on (which I wouldn't dare to repeat again!) This carried on for 2hours of the show till they all couldn't go on any longer. I mean I was getting Trev to promise me stuff from the non existent goodie bag!!!

Allllllllllllllll a Joke..... Alllllllllll a lie.........and I WAS THE APRIL FOOL!!!!!!...

I'm Back!

Was away in Poland last week..... Don't ask!!.. 
It's really weird because I have to say I really do miss work when I'm away!

Yesterday was a great day doing my official Sport Relief mile with Dev!

Unfortunately we didn't dress up as Superman and Superwoman (the costumes weren't delivered!!)... That couldn't stop us though and we completed it in a nice easy time of 8min!!

A big thank you to everyone that sponsered me and to everyone that ran for Sport Relief up and down the country yesterday, WELL DONE!!!!

Before starting this weeks mile per day run in preperation for my Sport Relief mile run on Sunday, I under estimated how hard it really is!!!!

I've got to say though I'm REALLY proud of myself because not only did I do all of this for amazing charity SPORT RELIEF but I have motivated myself to actually start running alot more now..... It really did get easier to do day by day....

I started the week with 9min 2sec, and knocked a full 2 minutes off by the end of the week with 7min 2secs (Let's not forget my peak at 6min 48secs on Wednesday, when I went into competitive mode against Max!)

A big thank you to everyone that joined me for my mile a day run this week... I do feel like it all got very competitive, but hey there ain't nothing wrong with some healthy competition, ya get me!

It's Bob Marley Day all day on 1Xtra! All day we are celebrating Bob Marley's birthday!

Listening to all the Bob Marley tracks on the show chosen by different celebs bought back memories of every Sunday morning as a kid at home. My parents would put on old reggae and Bob Marley songs.... All this was great, BUT it was always whilst us kids had to do our chores!!!!

My chores were always the polishing and vacuuming!! Hated it! BAD!... But at least I got to hear all of Bob Marley's classics as a child....

My dare last week was to organise a 'Team Building' exercise for me and Trev? Now I was trying my best to get together with him and organise something, but Mr. Nelson is a busy man being the Legend he is!

I was determined not to fail and decided that after nearly 4 months on the 1Xtra breakfast show we should be able to work as a team!? SO........ I decided that we should be hancuffed together for half an hour of the show, do the links together and drive the desk in a joint effort!

The outcome?.........



A painful, un-organised NIGHTMARE!!!! 

I swear I can not get enough of the Mary J. Blige live session tracks we've been playing.. That woman is a true performer!!

Nathan made a surprise visit to the 1Xtra breakfast show to talk to us about his time on Celeb Big Brother... I tried to get him to tell us who he fancied, but he was keeping his lips sealed! Drrrrrrrrrrrryyy!

Time for some random ish!... Gladiators is set to come back!!! whooop WHOOOOOOP! I loved that show!.. Shadow was my favourite (till I heard about his dodgy lifestyle!), so then the green eyed bandit Rhino replaced him on my favourite list!...

Rhino appeared in my video 'All Of Me' with me as my love interest, and I was so disappointed cos he was shorter than me! Well upset!

oK oK.... I admit it! Dev has got a touch of game!

He proved it today by 'running game' on our live studio guest today, Latoya from Celeb Hyjack! She was well into it as Dev complimented her and asked her out for coffee, without her even knowing it was all 'game'!!! She reluctantly gave him a 5 out of 10 for effort, but we later found out that she was screwing it wasn't for real! ahhhh poor lass!

According to some Doctor that has waaaay too much time on his hands, today is supposed to be the worst day of the year?

Just in case his scientific studies (that probably cost thousands and take up too many research hours that could be finding a cure for flu or something) are correct Dev came up with a few things you could do today to cheer yourself up.

1. Smile at a random stranger in the street ( Now you really need to get the right balance with this one without looking like a crazed potential stalker person!)
2. Power walk to one of your destinations ( Combining this with smiling at a random person in the street could possibly get you into a little bother! Meaning someone could think you are just plain MAD!)
3.Give yourself a big hug! ( My favourite... but PLEASE don't do all three at once! )

What a show! What a week!...

Today I had to fulfill my Friday dare that Dev set for me last week. He dared me to play a well known tune on a Xylophone. Now 1Xtra being EXTRA , they hired a big 'orchestra type' xylophone which couldn't even fit in the lift!!



So, I was really confident about the dare till I actually started to play the damn thing! I had to come in an entire hour earlier to get my head around it!...

Never one to disappoint though, I nailed it!. I played J.Holiday BED, and Dev plus most of the listeners guessed right!! I got musical skills u know!! lol...



Also on today's show we played an interview with Neil Strauss author of 'The Game'. Dev has been talking about this book for ages and personally I think it's all rubbish! I mean just take a look at Neil Strauss.. could this guy run game on you?!!



To prove some of the points in the book Dev left the studio only to enter with two beautiful women in tow.



Apparently it says in the book if you enter a room with two beautiful women on your arm you are more likely to get noticed and pursued by more women!? .. Dev, you don't need the book.... just tell em' you work for 1Xtra !!!

I am soooooooo going to CHILL this weekend! I went to Germany last weekend and partied way too hard!!Got some well earned lay in's to catch up on YA GET ME!

Mark Ronson joined us live in the studio today with his brand new artist Daniel Merriweather ( Trust me this guy is going to do BIG things this year! )... Apparently Mark Ronson is reported as being a really serious type of guy, but we had loads of fun with him on air while we tested his 'Britishness!'.. listen back to the show online!

You might be surprised that Chris Rock wasn't on our Breakfast Show this morning but in a way I'm glad. I felt he was a bit flat and tired on Chris Moyles show on Radio 1. Don't worry i did represent and say hello when i met him in the Radio 1 lounge but its all about the man onstage and i'm gonna see him tonite - as he is the first black president.

Friday Dares : Zena dared me last week to do some facial exercises to reduce my wrinkles. I believe its a bit late for me to start doing facial exercises but if you start now i think it will work

I've done it for a week so see if you can see a difference...

Today Trevor got his friday dare - Facial Fitness exercises from Facial Fitness Guru Eva Fraser live in the studio! I thought 2008 could be the year Trev could firm up his face! He has to do these excercises everyday and we'll check up on him mid-week to see how he's getting on, and take a pic next Friday to see if there's any change?? Here's a preview...








It's a New Year and that means we're getting a little older!! DEEEEPRESSSSIING!!.. To add salt to injury we played So Solids 'Broken Silence' on the show today, and it reminded me I did a comeo in this video.. Check it out and see if you can spot me?... I look so young! lol

I often live in my own little world aka ZENASWORLD! So, I came up with my OWN celeb predictions for 2008.. what d'ya reckon, have I hit the nail on the head??

1. Beyonce and Jay Z will be no more.
2. Alesha Dixon will release another record this year and will get a number one.
3. Nathan will charm one of the pretty young ladies in the house on Celeb Hijack and bag a OK magazine deal with the juicy details of their relationship.
4. Amy Winehouse will totally clean up at this years Brit Awards but will give yet another mediocre performance forgetting words and failing to fix that tooth!
5. 1Xtra breakfast will bring you even heavier guests, more surprises and my mouth will get even bigger!!

It's my last day on the Breakfast show till the 27th December, and I'm leaving for Miami this afternoon too!! I will back on Christmas day to open all my presents under my tree though!

Today's show was brilliant, we played loads of cheesy party classics cos I know there are School Disco's, office parties and general good old knees ups going on everywhere for the festive season!

Friday means 'Friday Dares' and after Trevs "AIIIGHT" Panto last week I thought I needed to step my game up. So I had to learn a ballroom-esque dance so I chose the Foxtrot and Salsa. I had 1 hour to learn the moves then had to perform it for a panel of 1xtra judges, including Mr.Nelson..( Boooooooy the pressure!!)

Now, apart from the wardobe malfunction (What was I thinking wearing that dress that makes me look like I aint got no ass!!) I thought I did well considering the time limit! It's not as easy as it looks believe me, Alesha has had her work cut out on Strictly Come Dancing (VOTE ALESHA ON SATURDAY!!) Check out my friday Dare dance and let me know what you think?!!!
