Well where do I start Laura White got booted of X Factor, shock horror. But you know she will be okay the girl is so talented. I kinda like Ruth she got that Shakira thing going on with her voice and whenever is in the bottom 2 kills it.




Talking of reality TV Shows I think people should give John Sargent a break he can't dance but looks so cute trying.

Hey another big show today, We were at the Bond Premiere. The National Television Awards and our US Reporter has the latest in the presidential race..see you at 2pm!!!

I'm back...haven't got a tan no holiday!! ....I have been doing Early Breakfast at Radio 1 for the last couple of weeks, it was a blast big ups to Producer Phil and Gregus James for making me feel so welcome.
Anyway I have missed 1xtra, the crew and ofcourse you and the music!!!!
By the way Mobos this year were okay bit boring but loved Billy Ocean

Tomorrow it is all about Eminem..hear from the man on his new album 'Relapse' and return to the game. Plus I wanna hear from you on how important Eminem is to Hip-Hop????
I think he is mad talented and in his own league and I can't wait for the album!!!

I can't believe how exhaused I am, my bed is waiting for me can't wait to sleep.
Massive show today Wil I Am, Eric Roberson and Gina Yashere all had to take part on our big Friday show.

Friday night I headed down to the Royal Albert Hall in London to attend the Rockcorps Concert.

The atmosphere was mad the kids in the audience were incredible all on their feet dancing and cheering. It was a beautiful thing to see! Can't remember the last time I saw an atmosphere like that during a live show.

I had backstage access which is always good! I was interviewing the acts and drinking the free drink (mostly Cranberry juice). Big ups to Phil from Orange for taking good care of me!

By the time I got to the venue I knew the headliner Busta Rhymes was okay to perform. After all the madness at the airport, Busta was on fire! Loud, full of energy like always. You know what, the whole Flipmode family are mad cool and always good people to be around, big ups to my boy Dready!

Busta spoke to me about the whole deal with his new label and how he is feeling right now. He made it clear that the British authorities at the Airport treated him like royalty. He said he ate five times in one day, watched TV, signed autographs and had photos taken of him by fans!

Now that is some funny ish right there! There's us all stressing about Bus and he is having the time of his life!



On the real though he said he had nothing to hide so kept calm and had nothing but good things to say about how he was treated. Once he hit the stage after Luda he tore it up….also gotta big up DJ Scratch who was incredible!
