DJ for 1Xtra at Xtra Bass '07

1. This competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas entries will not be considered.
2. The closing date for this competition is Sunday 14 January 2007. No mixes will be considered after that date.
3. The winning DJ must be available between March 5 and March 11 2007.
4. All mixes must be recorded live, without using any audio mixing software. However, recording into a computer to create a CD copy of your mix is fine.
5. Mixes longer than 30 mins will NOT be listened to!
6. 1Xtra cannot return your entries. Please retain your master copy.
7. Entrants agree to take part in any competition publicity if required to do so.
8. You must provide the BBC with your name, telephone number, e-mail and address if you wish to enter this competition. The BBC will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission. 9. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
10. The site Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners will be contacted personally by phone.
12. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.
13. The BBC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
14. Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
15. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the BBC, any person directly or indirectly involved in the BBC or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
16. The BBC reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
17. Prizes are non-transferable.
18. Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and the BBC reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition on BBC Online.
19. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
20. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This competition is administered by the BBC.
