Kanye West Q&A registration rules

1. This registration is open to UK residents only. Overseas entries will not be considered. Please note submitting your entry for the ticket draw does not guarantee a pair of tickets.
2. You must be over 18 years of age.
3. The closing date for registration is midnight on Sunday August 5 2007. Successful applicants will receive tickets after this date. Please note unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
4. You must provide the BBC with your name, telephone number, e-mail and address if you wish to apply. The BBC will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this feature, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission. 5. Only one application will be accepted per person.
6. The site Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Successful applicants will be contacted personally by phone or email.
8. The BBC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost tickets due to the Internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
10. Applicants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the tickets. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible applications made fraudulently.
11. This registration is not open to employees or contractors of the BBC, any person directly or indirectly involved in the BBC or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
12. The BBC reserves the right to cancel this registration at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
13. Tickets are non-transferable.
14. Tickets unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited.
15. Applicants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when applying for tickets.
16. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
