FAQ

How are tickets available?

The tickets have now gone for BBC Radio 1Xtra Live. However, a few tickets will be available as prizes running from 18th September on Radio 1Xtra and Radio 1.

How secure is the system?

All tickets are printed with a unique barcode. The barcode is scanned at the entrance to the event and tickets with invalid barcodes will be rejected. Tickets are fully traceable and we can cancel them at any time by invalidating the barcode.

How do you prevent people selling tickets?

We do all we can to stop people trying to sell tickets and work with third-party sites to remove posts offering tickets for sale. Anyone trying to sell tickets is breaking our terms and conditions and we do cancel tickets where possible. You should be aware some scammers were offering tickets for sale before we had even printed copies for this year's event. You should also be aware that in the past some people have asked us to invalidate tickets, claiming they have failed to arrive and ordering replacements. They have then passed the cancelled tickets to others. If you buy tickets you will have no way of knowing if they are valid or not until you arrive at the gate.

Please see full terms and conditions for more information.

What time does it start?

Doors will open at 5pm
Performances are due to start at 7pm

Wembley Arena will be carrying out full searches. Please arrive early and allow plenty of time for security checks and avoid the potential of missing the start of the show. Please leave all unnecessary items such as additional bags, cameras etc at home as this will delay searches.

What time does it end?

The event will finish by 11pm
