This Scottish troupe have built a large following with their charming, gently harmonic indie music, and their sixth album is a move towards a more poppier sound.

Their lush, layered style won them a Brit Award for the best new band in 1999, and Dear Catastrophe Waitress is largely seen as a return to form.
