Friends of the Earth has criticised the Copenhagen climate deal as ''neither strong nor fair''.
Delegates passed a motion recognising the agreement, which the US reached with key nations including China and Brazil.
The green campaign group's Tom Picken accused the US of ''bullying tactics'' and ''arm twisting''.
