Can Berlin avoid becoming a theme-park for tourists?

As Berlin celebrates the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the city faces a choice as to how it wants to present itself to the rest of the world - a Cold War memorial park or a modern metropolis.

136 people died trying to escape to the West and memories of the Cold War are vivid for many of the older generation in Germany.
