'NI economy is key' says Paisley
Ian Paisley
Mr Paisley says Northern Ireland is looking forward to a bright future
The first minister has told the Labour Party conference that NI's economy and business community will be a key priority for the executive.

During a speech to the Federation of Small Businesses Ian Paisley said that he and fellow ministers were optimistic about the next few years.

"Things are different in Northern Ireland today as they never were before," he told delegates.

"This is the time to take the road of opportunity."

Mr Paisley added that "with grit, courage, strength and determination" Northern Ireland could "put the past in the past" and look forward to a bright future.
