Hospital boss: 'We'll identify perpetrators of harm'

The new chief executive of Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust Anthony Sumara has said failing areas of his hospital have been "closed down".

Mr Sumara also said any staff members found to be " a perpetrator of harm or poor care" would "not be working at my hospital anymore".
