Dick and Dom won two Bafta awards for series In Da Bungalow |
Children's TV duo Dick and Dom will present an updated version of classic BBC quiz Ask the Family. In a twist on the original series, in which two families competed, Dick and Dom will pit four members of the same family against one another.
The duo will take the place of Robert Robinson, who presented the original series from 1967 to 1982.
Dick and Dom's Ask the Family is due to begin on weekday evenings this spring on BBC Two.

The presenting duo, real names Richard McCourt and Dominic Wood, were named best presenters at last year's children's Bafta awards. Their Saturday morning BBC One show, Dick and Dom In Da Bungalow, won the best entertainment prize in the same ceremony.
BBC daytime controller Alison Sharman welcomed the pair as Ask the Family hosts. She said: "I'm really excited that Dick and Dom are hosting this show which will offer viewers of all ages, from teenagers to grandparents, a quirky and entertaining start to their evening."
Last year Wood was criticised by media watchdog Ofcom for wearing a T-shirt with a sexual slogan on it while presenting In Da Bungalow.
