Teenagers killed in crash
Two 18-year-olds have died in a late-night collision between two cars in East Sussex.

The pair were travelling in a Peugeot 106 on the A268 in Flimwell when their car was in collision with a Ford.

Both teenagers in the Peugeot suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene, Sussex Police said.

The female driver was from Tunbridge Wells, in Kent, and her teenage passenger was male although it has not yet been revealed where he was from.

The 66-year-old driver of the Ford, a woman from Rye, was treated for minor injuries.

Police in Bexhill are appealing for any witnesses to the crash at about 2220 GMT on Friday to come forward.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said on Sunday the teenagers had not yet been formally identified.
