A man accused of murdering Danielle Beccan filmed himself in a rival gang area bragging "I'm a real killer" before she was shot, a court heard. Junior Andrews used a mobile phone to record himself walking in the St Ann's area of Nottingham boasting about how brave he was to do so, jurors heard. She was shot as she walked home from the city's annual Goose Fair with a group of friends in the early hours of 9 October last year. Waterfront Gang The prosecution say Danielle, from St Ann's, was the "innocent victim" of a drive-by shooting, allegedly carried out by members of the Waterfront Gang, based in the rival Meadows district of Nottingham. Birmingham Crown Court heard at an earlier hearing that Andrews and co-defendant Mark Kelly, 20, were both from the Meadows and allegedly members of the Waterfront Gang. The court was told he was wearing a hood and had what looked like a cannabis joint in his mouth in the video. Mr Andrews filmed himself making what appears to be a W sign with his hand, allegedly the mark of the Waterfront Gang. The prosecution said he was a front seat passenger in a gold Citroen Xsara car which was driven by Kelly into the St Ann's area of the city shortly after midnight on 9 October to carry out the shooting. The trial continues.
