A 52-year-old and his nephew were both shot dead in an attack on their parked car in east London. Amarjit Singh, 52, and nephew Raginder Singh, 35, were killed in Forest Gate on Saturday afternoon.
Three suspects are thought to have fired the shots as both men sat inside their car.
Launching a murder investigation, detectives said a number of shots had been fired at both men, before the suspects ran off.
Both of the dead men owned local businesses and came from Essex.

Amarjit was known locally as Mark while Raginder was known as Raj.
A police spokesman said: "On Friday 29 August Amarjit Singh and his nephew Raginder Singh were shot and killed.
"At this stage it is not known what type of weapon was involved, but we believe that a number of shots were fired at each victim."
A post-mortem examination found gunshot wounds had killed both of the men.
The suspects were described as being of Asian appearance.
