Kayak man to meet wife in Dublin
Sean Morley
Sean Morley started his record bid on 3 April
A police officer from Cornwall who is attempting to travel around the British Isles in a sea kayak has reached Ireland.

Thirty-eight-year-old Sean Morley is four days ahead of schedule, 34 days after setting off from Falmouth.

Sergeant Morley is now making his way around southern Ireland.

He reckons it will take him six months to round the British Isles, taking in the Isles of Scilly, the Shetlands, and the Channel Islands.

He has faced difficult weather conditions, but is getting plenty of support from his family and friends in Cornwall.

His wife Linda is heading to Ireland this weekend, to meet him in Dublin.

He is raising money for the RNLI and the Marine Conservation Society.
