A 27-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in a road accident that killed three teenage girls in Huddersfield. Gemma Cost, 15, Ursula Alokolaro, 16, both from Batley, and Natalie Donlan, 16, from Dewsbury, died in the crash in Huddersfield in September 2006.
A 24-year-old man has already been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and is awaiting trial.
The 27-year-old man from Huddersfield was charged on Monday.
The girls were in the back seat of a Ford Fiesta when it crashed into a van.
A 30-year-old man from Dewsbury who was also arrested in the days following the crash has since been released without charge, West Yorkshire Police said.
