Two teenagers who died in a road accident in Flimwell, East Sussex, have been named. Amy Donelan, 18, from Groombridge, and Anthony Clarke, 18, from Tunbridge Wells, Kent, suffered fatal injuries.
A 66-year-old woman from Rye who was driving the other car in the collision suffered bruising and shock.
Sergeant Keith Ellis, of Bexhill Police, said officers were hoping to trace a nurse who helped at the scene but left before police arrived.
'Tragic'
He said: "This is a tragic incident involving the death of two young people. The investigation is continuing but we are still appealing for anyone who hasn't contacted us, but who has knowledge of the incident, to get in touch.
"In particular, we would like to trace a nurse who helped at the scene but left before police arrival, and the driver of a white car which was behind the Ford Cougar, which did a u-turn and left."
He said the driver was being sought purely as a witness to the inquiry.
The two teenagers were travelling in a Peugeot 106 on the A268 in Flimwell when their car was in collision with a Ford at about 2220 GMT on Friday.
