As world leaders gather in the UK for a summit on the economic downturn, the German finance minster has again hinted that there are divides over how to respond to the crisis.
The German Finance Minister Peer Steinbruck was asked on the BBC's Newsnight whether he had seen any evidence that Britain's fiscal stimulus package was working.
