8.15 – We discuss Chris's iPhone, the stock market and plug the registration for Gag Idol in Liverpool which closes today, and register for Aled to turn you on
8.20 – Chris has been compiling the Golden Hour, and we have an impromptu game of guess the intro, and then a Backstreet Boys singalong

8.35 – We have another singalong, this time it's Hot Chocolate, and Chris wants to play the Stereophonics version, so everyone text in 'Play it stupid Rachel x'
8.50 – Chris is explaining how it takes him a while to get into new records, and we end up playing the Stereophonics version

9.05 – Tedious problems. Chris used to be a funky dread, although he still lived at home at with Mum and Dad. Aled's here and we discuss tonight's football, and Chris reads out the slagging from Dominick Diamond in the Star, and we talk about Aled's online gaming tastes
9.20 - There were false sightings of Dom on the Scott Mills show last night, and we try and stir it between him and Zane. Warrington John is on the phone and coming tonight with a bag of roasties, and Aled might come 'cos he loves watching England play football
